Then that’s probably bothers me even more. Bach attacked him with such force and then proceeded to act with such nonchalance about Ichigo still being about to breath. When with that amount of force, Ichigo should have been partially decapitated. So how would Bach not notice the Blut Vene right away (beside the visual aid), instead of getting up like a stone cold badass? But I guess I’m just knit picking at this point.

I didn't see much comments about Bach's plan to "resurrect" Ichigo.
Does this mean, that they are able to brainwash near-dead Shinigami (and whatever) into becoming their minions?
We've seen, that they had Arrancars in their ranks (the guy which confronted Ichigo in the beginning of the Arc and failed to steal the Bankai).
Though it shouldn't really be so farfetched. After all, they are able to subdue the Zanpakutos (=steal the Bankais), so getting control of the rest of the soul shouldn't make much difference.

I hated Aizen for being so hax, but goddamn I'd rather see him than the Uber Hax of the Quincies and Bach. We all know at this point, no one will survive or barely survive except Ichigo....

and maybe whomever of the popular characters are left.

I was actually really interested in that comment as well, but I kind of have the predisposed mindset that it may end up in obscurity and never referenced again. Though, I for one, would like this elaborated on.

And I can see your point, if Quincies have somehow understood souls to the point of removing specifics powers from Soul Reapers (and using them as their own), what would stop them from figuring out that for Arrancars? Perhaps they practiced their techniques on the Arrancars before the invasion. Who knows? I would like that comment explained though, but I don't have my hopes that high if it's never brought up again.

You have to think logically here, There are many key factors currently unexplained.

Ishida & his father have yet to be seen within this Arc's activities, I'm only going to assume his father has a vast knowledge of Bach's abilities, Knowing his superiority he may have granted Ichigo this gift inorder to feel out Bach's power for himself so he doesn't think to take him lightly.

This is usually how Kudo thinks.
