Anime/Manga where the girl rejects the protag at first, but grows to like him

While, this might seem pretty common, it is not. I am looking for a series (both anime or manga) where the protagonist first confesses to the girl, but gets rejected, but later the girl starts to realize she likes him..

So, the fact that the protagonist confessed first is an important point. I am not just talking about normal Tsundere anime, where the girl hates the guy but starts liking him, but instead the guy likes the girl from the beginning but gets rejected, but gets liked afterwards.

On top of my mind, I can remember :

GE ~ Good Ending
Amagami SS (Haruka arc)
Suzuka
Maison Ikkoku

Anyone can recommend more?

Toradora is a good show, but does not fit the requirements.

Maison Ikkoku
fits well.

That's the only one I can think of, but it's high quality.

I agree, that Toradora doesn't fit the requirements..

Also, thanks for reminding me.. Maison Ikkoku is a kind of thing that is similar but IIRC, the lead heroine never actually rejected him.. But still, close enough.. I wouldn't mind getting something similar.

Not really, to be honest. Since I didn't see any kind of confession from the guy and also rejection.

Not exactly rejected but the girl does slowly start to realise her feelings for him: Hanasaku Iroha.

It also happens in Eureka Seven, though it only truly happens near the end.

Seitokai no Ichizon. It's probably not what you had in mind, but it does definitely fit!

Smile New Anime

One that could fit your requirements is Lovely Complex
It has to protagonist but the girl asks him first and he says no and afterwards they get together..

One series i can onyl recommend is CLANNAD (you probably know it already)

I dont really remember that one. but it is also something like you wanted Highschool DxD

Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo! here also the girl asks first but he gives no answer. later he accpets her feelings.. both are protagonists..

Thirded? Guess that's not a word, but anyhow my only concern is that if you're looking for more "romance", not sure if that series would provide it to the full extent, but it's kinda there.

Seishun Forget! definitely fits. And it's one of my favorite comedy romance manga.
Also, there's Countrouble.

GTO fits the description to a T, except the person being liked isn't the protagonist. He's a main character, though.
