I was wondering if there is any incest anime with Mother-Son or Mother-Daughter, please nothing with the Father

Honestly, i really don't think any anime will dare/ brave enough to have that. Hentai maybe, but i'm not expert on this. Expect people to pm you on it rather than posting here through

If it's just play as a joke, or just show slightly more affections (mothers being carebear), or ending hint (the " i have a feeling that i will have a child named XYZ") then there are quite a number of cases

Relucks Spoiler for content, just in case: as having the dream route where the protagonist did it with both his real and foster mother simultaneously (both of them instigated that event, and even though it was all a 'dream' everyone remembers by the end of it).
