She might have taken money from thugs.

You know, removing bad guys from society deserves some reward.

Like how adventurers can mercilessly slaughter bandits and take their loot for themselves?

So what exactly does random fanservice beach ending have to do with this anime? That has to be one of the worst ending sequences I've seen in awhile.

The actual episode was cute though!

Just saw episode 3 and, Wow, Satan’s magic is back and he turns into...Arnold . Is that suppose to be his original body? When I saw the first ep, I thought his body looks more like Lelouch’s.

Oh, look at that. Same director. Haha!

Does that make Emilia the sane version of Yuno?
So, I was misled by someone. Someone said the show has Minamke feel due to same staff. Oh well.
I think Chiho is not a normal human. She has the potential to become a demon or angel. What's other reason for dimensional hearing and language skill? She states she gets tired since working at McDonald. It must be the weight of her breast. Working with Maou may change her. Maou's demon energy may provoked her superpower potential, or mutation.

Emi is a nice person. Even she dislike Maou, she is still considerate for returning Maou's key. She also vouchers Maou from the police station. She could make him suffer by ignoring him. However, she still believes Maou will act evil again. To make it happen, she is waiting for the kill. Too bad, she kept stomps into the suggestive events as if they are couple. It could be the running jokes forever.

....That isn't even his final form.

(couldn't resist)

Most likely used it on getting her language skills up. Renting a flat with magic will be noticeable very soon, so she probably didn't risk it.

1. Maou arrived with his clothes on.
2. Maybe you should actually try selling antique armor in a Tokyo pawnshop. I sold one of my old épées for around 500,000 yen to fund some of my anime merchandise M&As.

I imagine there was some money to be made selling an actual armor set. To a collector, at least. Or a cosplay fan. (There was actually an episode of High School DxD that this pretty much would have fit in.)

Emi could also use her body to earn her initial living expenses.

About selling her armour: It could be a possibility, but Ente Isla is a world which definitely has deviations from our culture.

Her suit of armour probably isn't anything like the plate armour we have in our world, so I doubt it would fetch a high price.

(Though this isn't all that relevant to the show, but hey speculations are always fun.)

Wait, rare unknown metal isn't going to fetch a high price ?

Excellently crafted armor with unique design isn't going to fetch a high price ?

Well if the armour had been crafted from an unique material, we'd be seeing the discovery on the news.

And excellent crafted armour might not fetch a high price if you're visiting the wrong collector.

But you're right. I was just thinking about historical collectors. There might be some guys who just like armours.

It's a temporary ED, and what more it was drawn by the director. The real ED should be ready by the 2nd half of the show.

On another note it was wonderfully drawn.

Maybe Emi just happened to have some Ente Isla gold coins with her. Gold is gold, afterall, a precious metal in both worlds.

if a cosplayer bought that though, he better be fit as a fiddle if he/she ever plans to wear it let's just say there is a reason why full plate body armor like that was never used regularly much , brings to mind a certain England vs France war during the armor era.

pretty good for collection & display though

HEMA mode incoming:

Full plate armour in the medieval ages what actually really light, with the whole set weighing only up 60 lbs-ish. While that might sound allot, 60 lbs distributed over the body was actually pretty light. Of course the skills of the armourer allot affected weight distribution, but generally an armoured individual was almost as agile and mobile as an unarmoured one. In fact there was an account of a French general (I would look up the source but his name escapes me at the moment.) vaulting over horses and doing acrobatics in full plate. While I'm not sure if you can actually backflip in plate armour, I know one can definitely cart-wheel in it. (Look it up on youtube if you want.)

Plate armour was denifitely employed allot. But of course not everyone could afford it. Most of the men who used them were nobles, mercenaries and knights.
