Not a good second episode. It's like Kyoani mixing all the elements they had in previous series which is not very refreshing.

The second episode was a bit meh compared to the pilot, but still enjoyable to a certain extent. I think I'll decide next week wheter to put this on hold and catch up to it in a few sittings like I did with Hyouka and Chuunibyou.

Implied non-joke yuri? Better watch your back Mochizou!

Not quite as good as the first episode, but still highly enjoyable and charming. Tamako is absolutely adorable. Loved how nervous she got when she had to speak in public.

I liked how they handled Midori's crush on Tamako (so it was true!) in a way that doesn't pander too much to the yuri crowd. It fit perfectly into the narrative and didn't feel like it was being shoehorned to please a certain category of fans. It's an element like any other, no different from Mochizou's love for Tamako. Now I'm waiting to see where this is heading. I can't imagine this show will be very focused on romance.

Dera is still funny, the dads are still awesome and Anko is still cute. It's all good for me.

One thing I would like to add: I like Tamako's "retro" style of wearing her school uniform.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Haven't really seen too much of a difference with how she wears it compared to her other schoolmates (not including Kanna and silent megane-chan). Don't you mean the uniform itself perhaps?

Anyway finally got to watch the two episodes properly. Quite frankly I really don't know where this is heading. Which leave me very intrigued to see the build up.

Dera is quite an entertaining character. At times annoying but still very charming.

They are mixing too many things though. I'm probably just going to drop it.

You know, I'm thinking KyoAni just wants to have fun with this particular series. It's so light-hearted it just makes me want to enjoy it rather than thinking too much unlike other series.

Holy crap nostalgia. Telephone cup is one reason why I'm into osananajimi so much, as I frigging loved the 90's show Flash Forward to bits.

If this was a harem anime Mochizou would have all the K-on...err...Tamako Market girls by episode 4

Either way the big flaw of this anime is that it's too K-on nostalgic not to think about K-on which is somewhat a torture if you watched the K-on series.

This show looks to be a rather simple and relaxing one. The bird's presence is meant to act as a point that there is not much to speculate on this show, just sit back, watch and enjoy its overall easiness.

Of course, I could be wrong if the bird is a contractor and promises Tamako magical powers and a wish in exchange for her soul to save the universe from heat death.
