this anime will be awesome if they keep the manga expressions intact in the animation as well, now i hope that the animation doesn't spoil it

And it's not even a full site, just a page on Gangan Online to let fans know a series is coming. The official site is going to be watamote.jp, but that's just a blank page right now.

What is impressive is that the latest volume of the manga has sold 172,000 copies. For comparison, the latest volume of Daily Lives of High School Boys (Gangan Online's biggest title) came out on the same day and is at 182,000 copies.

I have to see this when it comes out. Although, I do wonder how I'll feel about the dialogue mostly being Tomoko talking to herself. The single voice might get annoying if it's all you hear.

The casting could make or break many a career, in the "East" or the "West". I hope they have got it right spot on.

At least I can say that, based on the image on that site, she looks right; as in a bit creepy but cute. The manga has her looking like a perverted lunatic, though I attribute that to the mangaka's...unique, art style.

mokkochi's design looks too good to me(weird, huh?) too much soul in her eyes, wich dont go to well with her attitude in my opinion, i hope they do a better fit wih the casting.

I am Jolly Rancher. I haven't really read much of the manga tbh and yet I'm still looking forward to this!

EDIT: Cast still not confirmed? If not I hope Kaori Nazuka gets the role for the main heroine.
