Urgh, the thing I hate about AMV Hell 3 references is that it is too long, and I don't feel like keeping it because I'm not that impressed by it. I'll check out that timeframe( waiting for it to load...), but no guarantees on whether I can identify it.

Uh I have been trying to find out what anime this is for a bit now (Might be a hentai) @_@ I was thinking it might be Inukami, but i could be wrong haha xD. Well its probably a Ecchi Comedy type anime for sure.

Any way i thought i would try here, maybe some one might have seen it the hint is down there.

now the coup de grace. The girl who was saved by the sunglasses dude is praying in a chapel. Just then, a bunch of the small flying eyeball monsters rush in and abduct her. She is absorbed into the giant eyeball monster. The camera shows a giant glowing yellow ring around the earth, which moves up toward the top of the earth, shrinks into a point, and blasts down on the earth as a beam. The chapel is engulfed by the beam, and the statue of Jesus in the chapel begins to glow. Bishie Jesus emerges from the chapel and throws a rose through the purple-haired eyeball mask guy's face. He then uses a purple kamehameha on the giant eyeball monster. He staggers, and then grows angel wings and flys towards, and into the eyeball monster. The monster starts to wither, begins growing rose buds, and then explodes. The girl emerges from the monster unharmed. the end.

That's the weirdest scenario I've ever seen/read ...
I'm interested by that title too. Has anyone found an answer ?

Maybe it's just a real video clip from a jpop band ?

I might be wrong, but the cowboy evil ranger reminds me of Far East Of Eden ( Tengai Makyô ).
A parodic video game first available on PC Engine CD-Rom (not sure of the name), and then reedited with more animated cutscenes in its ... Saturn version ?
I'm quite sure they were 4 or 5 evil cowboy sentais, being one of the big bosses of the game.

It followed the mega-hit Kinnikuman as a superhero sports anime,
but nowhere NEAR as popular or famous.

I have no idea what language version you saw,
but in the Japanese version, the main protagonist's name is Ikki.

I'm not sure, but it sounds like Cosprayers to me. Could someone masochistic enought to sit through the whole Cosprayers series please confirm this?

Hey! Just because I didn't like it (at all) doesn't mean that some people won't like it. I actually know one person who had fun watching it. (Though I seriously doubt his taste.) Decide for yourself if you like it. Though if you don't mind being discouraged, there is a very funny review here.
