I wonder if Full Impact still uses the Vurutoga, as that was its main ranged weapon.

It looks like the designer just decided to go nuts.

What does it need claws on it's feet for?

It reminds me of when you buy a Transformer and when it's in robot form it's got extra shit hanging off.

Man, that design looks....busy. You wouldn't expect something with that much stuff on it, to be too aerodynamic, but maybe when we see it in action, It won't look so gaudy and cluttered?

Considering how the completed Valvrave II looks, and how it appears much larger than Valvrave I, all those weapons feel justified.

It's probably the only thing that can give Valvrave I a fighting chance after how an incomplete Unit II was still able to thrash it.

Is that a lot of stuff for one mech? Probably, though I'll reserve full judgement until we see it in action on the show.

I guess the Z-Edges are there... just in case ?

It's not claw. It's heat sink. You can open your PC and find it inside.

Official site was updated with info on the Impact Boosters. Looks like Kibukawa developed them using leftover data from Module 77 as a base. Heh, "AI-type Yatagarasu-model Support Mecha".

Well at least with all these claws and these extra heat sink on hip, it will allow VVV-01 to fight much longer. I was wondering if when using hikiri blade, instead stabbing the z edge into the engine what if Haruto will used the claws instead? Hikiri Claw?

Wouldn't the Impact Booster just make it harder to use the Harakiri Blade considering how Valvrave I needs to overheat to use it?

Yeah, I thought that too. It'll be interesting to see how they use the Hara-Kiri Blade from now on. Or how they intend to write around it at least.

That if Haruto want to reduced the heat, in episode 8 and 11 we see that sometime he intended for Valvrave-01 to overheat in order to used Hikiri Blade.
