E's Otherwise 26

I don't know if this is the right forum, but I'm guessing it's allowed to ask about where to download non-liscensed animes from?
If so, where can I download episode 26 of E's Otherwise... I can't find it anywhere.

If they're blind, why would you even suggest trying to continue seeing? Now, that's just pouring salt in the wounds!

I'd assume pouring salt into a wound in one's eye would melt it or something to that effect.
