Uninstalling Vobsub

Wow like jeez, I just cant figure out how to stop this thing, even after deleting its directory the program still runs from the system registry stuff, I removed as much as I could find but the green arrow still comes up, how the **** do I get rid of it, and no it wasn't installed along with other codec packs.

Click Start -> Run, type "regsvr32 /u vsfilter.dll" without quotes, click OK.
Afterwards, you can delete vsfilter.dll from your \Windows\System\ or \Windows\System32\ directory, but it is not necessary.
