Sensei seems like a possibility, but also Mako does too... hmmm
If we figure that there'll be 8 or 9 volumes, we can't fit everyone in...

I do hope it's Mako with that kickass Banchou outfit. I'd very much like to see it one more time. But at least we still have this...

Two episodes in the first volume, three in the second. At this rate, we really will cap off with 25-26 episodes.

It seems there will be 24 episodes, plus one extra to be included on the final DVD that won't air on TV.

Do we know where ANN got that information from?

I remember reading it was 2 episodes first volume then 3 for concurrent ones which in the end would make it 25(or 6/7)

Wow, I'd mistakenly thought Vol.1 was coming out this month, and then just remembered that it's not till January. Haha, crushed ;_;

From the official website. On the Volume 9 DVD page, it lists the following episodes:

Quote:
第二十四話, 特別編(TV未放映話)
This means "Episode 24, Special Episode (Un-aired on TV)".

While I'm at it, here's how the site has it laid out:

Volume 1: 1+2
Volume 2: 3+4+5
Volume 3: 6+7+8
Volume 4: 9+10+11
Volume 5: 12+13+14
Volume 6: 15+16+17
Volume 7: 18+19+20
Volume 8: 21+22+23
Volume 9: 24+Special

New Ryuko figure up for pre-order!

I have to say, she is beautiful. Good Smile always does a solid job. If you pre-order at Hobby Search, you'll be getting it about 20 bucks cheaper.

I'm totally stoked for this one.
