Used to be, but not so much now. I miss the days when I've was still a small company not famous outside the doujin/eroge circle... Don't exactly like her "moe style" voice that she seem to use more often nowadays.

Well, I guess this is something slightly off-topic

But most of the anime that have Kotoko song (ex: Hayate no Gotoku, Shakugan no Shana, Onegai Sensei, Baldr Force Exe Resolution, Onegai Twins, Starship Operators), Mami Kawada is also there, and sang another song, Is this some sort of coincidence, or they do have a connection?

They have a connection - Both are I've Sound Members.
Definitely not a coincidence.

They're an ero music company

Quote:
I've Sound, or simply called I've (アイブ, I've?), is a Japanese techno/trance music production group based in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. Led by Kazuya Takase, it features the talents of seasoned "sound creators" and many different female vocalists, known as utahime (歌姫) to their fans.

They have created the theme songs for many Japanese adult games (eroge), most famously the opening (Tori no Uta) and ending (Farewell Song) to Key's popular eroge game and anime Air. More recently, they have been creating the theme songs to anime series. Among anime fans, I've Sound is well known for providing the theme songs to such series as Black Lagoon, Onegai Teacher (Please Teacher), Onegai Twins (Please Twins), Shakugan no Shana, Starship Operators, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When Cicadas Cry), Hayate no Gotoku! (Hayate the Combat Butler) and Nanatsuiro★Drops.

Originally, fans believed that the name I've stood for "I Love, I Live, I Leave", but it turns out that I've comes from 愛撫 (aibu), the Japanese word for "caress", which traces back to their eroge roots.

What the..

You make them sound like a pure sing-for-eroge company.. [Not that it is an embarassing thing or whatever, though they have done lots of songs for various of those. They have some-what made changes over these years, have a broader range and sang for alot other famous anime. I believe Eiko Shimamiya will be singing the theme for the upcoming Higurashi Live.]

[Japanese techno/trance music production group based in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan.] is enough.

Seems like the new Shana OP 2 PV was rather... bland. I didn't like it much, not to mention the short ver. from the anime was slightly better. Anyway, PV...

You did not, or rather vague.

And wikipedia doesn't count, that's more of giving dave1992 information rather than your own comment.

Bland.. I have seen countless PVs and they are all the same.
Nothing much to comment about it, though KOTOKO looks so cool

You completely misunderstood what I am saying.

I didn't comment on whether it is right for you to rip-off the contents from Wikipedia, but how you didn't mention "Though i did say they had done anime aswell," and I merely proved you wrong.

Doesn't matter! They started out as a group that produced music for eroge and now do anime AND eroge themes. Infact if a new member joins I've, it's normal for their first song to be an eroge theme. Iku seems to be the only exception to that rule.

It seems that Iku will not be a member of I've Sound, most likely a guest singer. I don't know, but if not for the credits, I actually thought Eiko Shimamiya sang for HnG's 4th ED

As far a we know, Iku is a member of I've until she's confirmed as a guest singer. The way she was discovered points to her being a member too. And you seriously thought she was Eiko? Wow... Never thought Iku sounded like Eiko.
