In terms of "I really am a graduate student", the point here is the word "really" to stress that s/he is a actually a grad student so the translation should be,
私は本当に院生です。
Next "I want to become a high school teacher" normally high school is translated to 高等学校 but Japanese usually shorten the words to make it easier to pronounce so in this case it becomes 高校.
So the translation would be 私は高校先生になりたい。 Don't forget the conjuction の to address the object.
A lose translation would be 私は高校で教えたい。 Meaning I want to teach at a high school since for somebody to teach at a high school you need to be a teacher first.

Princess Toen no Miya Kuniko while making an official visit to various Europe States joins with the Japanese Imperial naval fleet, which applied an crippling blow to the enemy fleet, to head for Pearl Harbor to negotiate an alliance with the United States in which was still indecisive in how to react to the global situation, in an attempt to regain the mother land, but

だいくいんせい was right out of my Japanese language textbook used by the Beverly Hills Lingual Institute for graduate student (No, I don't live in Beverly Hills, I just took language classes there...I live east of LA "on the other side of the tracks").

Textbook name: なかま so you can search the name on Amazon or such. Its in something like chapter 4.
But textbooks can be wrong, after all...a lot of students were not overly impressed with the book. Most sources say げんき (Spirited) is the book to use.

Thanks for the help
Sorry I took so long to get back to this thread, heh

PS: I went with the boku wa because the situation is kinda informal; however, I agree the 'yo' at the end sounds rude, and I'll do like Tri-ring suggested. Also using boku one line, watashi the next was kinda weird of me, so I'll just stick with watashi

I'll go with...
私は本当に院生です
私はこうこうの先生になりたい

Thanks

When you make a title for your thread, try to be more specific like since your trying to get a Japanese name translated for you use "translated" in your title or something along that nature.

Next time you need some help like this again, use this thread, they can mostly help you ID stuff and translated lines and phrase for you. You can also use Bable Fish's translation to translated Japanese and other languages for you.

True, but Bable Fish does not romanize characters. It translates them. Technically romanization isn't translation.

If you want romanization, the translator at AnimeLab is pretty decent.

Japanese sound effects are always in katakana, never in kanji. I believe it is "caw caw" in English.
