I think the first is "come to the store" (don't take my word on it)

2nd is telephone (odenwa)

3rd is home delivery (takuhai)

I see that you translated the circled parts and I appreciate that.

The first circled one I am unsure on.

But if you can could you translate the other parts like

And I have trouble even reading part of the hand writing on the second circled one....it's a bit sloppy.

If the context will help it's part of a delivery note.
Delivery was supposed to come with 4 manga but 2 are missing so I thought the note might say why.

1) Incoming order method
2) Communication method
3) Receipt method

I want to say the gist of it is that they will call you when they get the items in stock (or you can call to check).

Thanks for translating that.

Yah I guess I have to call them up.

I wish I could understand what was written right next to where they circled phone for the communication method.

There is one part I cannot make out right after "su".

ルス電可

Order method: [ in-store ] | phone | mail | fax | email
Contact method: [ phone ] "voice mail OK" | mail | fax | email
Method of pick-up: in-store | delivery (COD) | [ delivery (credit) ]

"ルス電" is an abbreviation for 留守番電話 -- "answering machine" / "voice mail". The "可" is short for 可能, and means it's possible / OK to leave a message.

Hey, don't cut off my best telling phrase in a single sweep.

ずっしりとした疲労感がまとわりついている
A feeling of heavy fatigue is clinging to me.

We must be not affected by trends, see through the essence of the matter.

陋習を改めるをいとわず、優れた文化は私財を投げうっても継承する
I'm willing to correct bad custom, and to spend personal fortune to pass down good culture.

The whole thing is heavy on the slang, but lemme give it a shot...

Spoiler for I can't believe I'm writing this:

Dear Lord, I used to work with an English teacher who addressed me as "tentee". Did he get it from this show, I wonder?

Thanx for that translate guy!

Just guessing -- but would Konata be meaning "uniqueness" rather than "scarcity"?

I'd be grateful if someone could translate this and let me know if it's possible to buy tickets in advance for Anime Contents Expo. I went to TAF a couple years ago and you could buy tickets while in line, but this is a new site and a new event so I want to minimize the uncertainly by buying early if possible.

Stupid Ishihara.

Anyway from what I can make of it: there are a limited number of pre-event and actual day sales, although the sale of actual day tickets is still unconfirmed (possibly if enough pre-day sales occur). Also all tickets are single day passes (ie no multi day passes will be sold).

My guess is that preordering the tickets is probably your best bet. It should be noted however that none of the listed sites ship outside Japan so if they actually have to physically mail you the tickets you'll have to be there to collect. Having a friend in the country who can help would probably be the easiest.

Animate link (be warned payment methods are limited: cash on delivery, at a convenience store or via ATM)

Gamers it seems you have to be physically instore to buy.

Will check the rest if you feel you need more info.

Thanks! I'll be arriving in Japan about 10 days before ACE - can I actually walk into Animate (which I'll surely do anyway) and buy a ticket there?

10 days before.. would put you in the country ~16th no?

That would mean you'd only make the final stage of ticket sales (6th onwards). I believe the only major change is that you will be unable to buy "stage" tickets (from what I gather the chance to participate in on-stage activities or the like). Nothing much I'd say.

I think by this time the only option is to try and get tickets from the shop physically, although there is that "more details announced at a later date" tag which could end up meaning anything from come on in to worst case scenario sold out. So take care.

Your help is much appreciated. It definitely sounds as if buying tix now would be the best plan, but it doesn't seem as if it's going to be possible based on what the website says - I really have no one in Japan who could take delivery. So waiting until I arrive and trying then seems like the only other option...

Hello there.

Is there somebody good with handwritten kanji? I really need to find what this one is ASAP. It sort of looks like oto under 宀

Thanx.
