Any VF players in here? If you did not know VF is my all time favortie fighitng game. So is anyone else in here a fan of it?

i think this should be in games?... but ive played vf before but i think guilty gears a whole lot better.

I played Virtua Fighter up to the current one... I like using Lion every since they brought him in VF2... his fighting style is pretty nice... though the games from the Virtua Fighter series are nice games... they're not better than the games from the Tekken series... imo... the Tekken series is better because of the fighting engine and also because of better characters/story...

totally agree with the above about tekken.
i played vf up to 3, then tekken 3 came out and i realized..tekken was a way better game. the fighting engine made it a lot more complex.. well..to be fair, i guess i didnt keep up with vf after that so it could have gotten just as good

tekken 4 disappointed me though and i quit playing when it came out..

I hear they're coming out with an rpg version of Virtua Fighter. That'll be cool to see, though it might be in the sense of Kingdom Hearts or any other realtime based rpg, rather than the usual random enocunter affair that plagued the FF series
