I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. If it's not I pologize, but I'm looking for a bit torrent to this anime. I've been thinking about buying it so I want to make sure to check it out before coughing up 120 bux for it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry but it doesn't work like that. All I can suggest you do is read some reviews, AnimeOnDVD would be a good place to start.

As for asking for licensed series, I suggest you have a look at the forum rules
