Manga to Anime...

How do the compare pacing wise, basically, what issues does each episode cover. I'm reading the manga right now, but don't want to watch the show and have points spoiled for me because I'm not that far yet.

For the most part, it follows the manga as close as it can, sacrificing or rewriting very little of the dialogue along the way. Of course, for future eps or series pacing, they'll probably trim down or omit a few chapters of the story but I'm hoping against that.

Check this thread that the man, Stephen Paul of MangaScreener, is maintaining at their forums, putting his short opinions of each ep. and how it breakdowns in the pace of the manga. For the most part. most episode has consisted of two chapters of manga save for two episodes.

Keep reading the manga, but watch the TV show and see your favorite scenes brought to life. This series will be an anime classic.
