On Animage magazine, they've announced the seiyuus for the characters Matsudaira Touko and Nijou Noriko:

Matsudaira Touko: Kugimiya Rie (Rizel in "Rizelmine" and Alphonse Elric in "Fullmetal Alchemist")

Nijou Noriko: Shimizu Kaori (Iwakura Lain in "serial experiments lain" and Miyashita Touka in "Boogiepop Phantom")

I tried to run "Shimizu Kaori" through Google and all I got was some Japanese AV porn star

Try googling under their respective kanji names as both "Rie" and "Kaori" can be spelled many different ways.

Kugimiya Rie: 釘宮理恵

I was half expecting Noriko to be played by Shimizu Ai, but alas...
