Can't get rid of bad quality
I had to format my hd and reinstall windows. I have installed the latest version of ffdshow, xvid, and divx. I can watch all the same file types as before so I don't really have a problem with that. But for some reason even tho I'm using the same codecs as before the video quality is worse than before I formated no matter what I player I use.
is there some kind of settings in ffdshow or something else that might fix this? Any help is appreciated. Now I've got to go to sleep. Stayed up to 3 am trying to figure this out. |

I switched to some older driver that I had and it improved the quality but not to the point that it was at before. I think I deleted the drivers I was using. So I'm just going to try different drivers until it gets back to the way it was before.
