In the begining when your going to Izoold you are going to bord a ship but I didn't and kept walking. I completed to 2 other seals to have a total of 3 done but when i returned to Izoold the ship was gone dose any know what to do and if so please let me know thanks.

It's actually a semi-nonlinear part of the game. Just complete all the other stuff in the other area that you can do. The ship will return after then.
