When i try to dl Naruto 95-96 by Anime-Heaven
i get an error
it says

Problem getting response info - [Errno 2] no such file or directory: 'C//documents....

i cant see the rest
when i expand the window its gone
but anyways what is up
ive tried reinstalling but same problem

Im using bit tornado

This is a common error as seen by a good number of people in these forums and it seems to be simply solved by clearing the Temporary Internet files in IE

Tools > Internet Options... > (General Tab-Temporary Internet files) Delete Files...

You can also get round the problem by 'right-clicking' the torrent and selecting "save as" and then running the torrent from your hard disc.
