Oujirou - like i said , relly good , but the edges of the leafs look bad , maybe the brush is that way , anyways , in the second one you should change the font , dont quite like it , try using the font from the first banner , again like i said really good , so far there with the ones i like the most.

Mr_Paper - reminds me of one of the banners being used now , looks good , dont like that the anime character is all the way at the end , you should place it over the tree image or try making it bigger , shes just to small , other than that , nice work

Another one, NeoGeo font this time.

Yeah I don't know what's up with the brush, it doesn't give me the options for the other brushes to sharpen the edges, so I guess I'm stuck until I dig out my photoshop brushes pack tomorrow and reinstall it and find something better.

And I'm starting to think I should start saving the layers since I'll be making some changes. Some like the 1st font, and other like the second font, and my leaf brush sucks...

So far the only one I could say I really like is the X one, its fantastic. Not that the others arent nice, everyone is doing an excellent job, Ill do a serious rating of them all a day or two before the deadline.

There is a serious lack of appreciation it would seem for the horror genre of anime... I couldn't hardly find anything I was looking for.. phooey

This is the only Konjiki no Gash Bell picture I had and it's not very autumny and I dunno if an angry face makes a good banner, but ohwell..do you see the leaf action!? It's there!

and a cheese banner...I really dont know what cheese has to do with autumn..Im just hoping Ill form some sort of cult following that'll vote for me

Sorry I missed your question before. Use the vBulletin (Alternative) skin. It is the same color and style as the vBulletin skin except that it has a banner on top. There's no reason that you should be banner deprived.

I hope that you decide to enter the contest after all. You have some of the most 1337 photoshop skillz on this forum and I'd love to see what you do with them.

Sorry, but this is an Autumnal Contest. If it doesn't relate to Autumn in some way we won't allow the entry. It doesn't only have to be leaves you know. I mentioned a few ideas in the first post.

Autumn...ah, the time for orange, red, and yellow maple leaves.
Not exactly my favorite season, and seeing as some of you guys have already done a wonderful job leaf-stampin', I'll be on the sidelines cheering on.

Besides...I actually only have a pitiful number of actual "anime" pictures; most of the CGs and artworks in my collection are not from anime. >__>;;

My favorite so far would be Chibi's layout with Helly's Daisuke with this background and this font type. I'm not joking here.

And Bah, because of size limitations, the "Animesuki Forums" looks crappy now...

Edit: OMG! Stupid ass Photoshop said the file was 17kb...
Edit2: Fixed, removed some fancyness like gradient in text and drop shadow...

Don't hate me because I suck at banners.

I just took the scene from the AMG movie where Bell and K1 are watching the cherry blossoms fall and replaced them with leaves :P

*edit, I did some changes to it, I think it looks more symetric now.

I'm actually looking for a image of Mahoro in one of her disguises so that I can photoshop her being disguised as a leaf...

That's really cute! I would change maybe the font color? I think the brightness should match the pictures, since they're a little dark... Or you could just add more hamsters!! Thatll fix any problem
