Japanese to English translator needed!

My friend and I are going to start scanlating Ashita No Joe. We're going to buy the manga in Japanese, he's going to scan it somebody will tranlate it, and we'll letter it.

We are serious about this and plan on paying for hosting and buying the manga ourselves.

We'd also like a web site designer for our site since we're not skilled in the area of web design.
