OK, thanks. I was seeing if I should ask Hobby Search to hold my 1/8 Kudryavka so that they can ship it with the Mio Akiyama Nendoroid I may preorder. Since EMS has a base price per package, I'll ship together. Again, thanks.

Naruto's face is kinda off there.

For those who are interested in getting the ASSEMBLEBORG RED from Revoltech it's with Kenshiro Final Battle ver.

Spoiler for tidy:

There are a few other similar models on the ikea site that you may want to check out, but I like that one the most.
EVERY otaku has one... hell I think Ikea should give otakus discounts on it, from that product alone they make so much off us anyway... like WORLDWIDE

I don't, because I only have one figure (soon to be two) and also they're 3x the US price here, which I think is completely unreasonable. IKEA can go diaf. D:

My only complaint (aside from the story it self) though is with the packaging, they used shredded paper, which created a huge mess upon opening the box. And lots of paper dust everywhere, including in and on the actual box containing the figure. Not the best choice of packaging material for this task I don't think. I don't so much care about the box, as I'm going to debox anyway and only use the box for when/if I move. But the mess wasn't so great.

I'm happy the item arrived, and happy my worst fears weren't realized. I woke up today thinking they only had one more day before it should arrive. And terrible thoughts started going through my head, such as claiming the item was lost in the shipping, and being out my money as it's not insured. And what sort of recourse I would have against that, likely none. But it seems that everything worked out in the end. Though I don't see any sort of apology anywhere, I was kind of expecting something in return for my 2 added months of waiting from my pre-order, but it seems not. Even if it was just a "we apologize, here's $5 off your next order" or something.

Oh well I guess.

Here's the whole timeline...

Just yesterday I recieved two new Rin-chans to increaze my private Rin Harem xDDDD

The first is the Rin with backpack that you can strip to see her pants (some people also destroy the clothes to see her full nude, but I'll never damage my own figurines)

Spoiler for Not suitable for minors xD:

And the other one is still more pervert xD yet it's not a very known figurine of Kokonoe Rin, the Pencil hardener version xDDDDD

Spoiler for Also, not very recommended 4 minors... xD:

what do you do with the boxes your figurines came in? At what point did you just stop caring about them, and threw it away?

I only have a modest collection of 20, so my closet is filled with the empty boxes and the figurines are displayed in the actual room.

main reason i keep the boxes is Moving. If you ever move, the only way to safely transport them is using the plastic thingy they came with (since most of my figures has long flaring hairs). I have about 26 PVCs, 8 figmas and 12 revoltechs. I got huge gundam boxes(the cargo ones) from my local anime dealer (he is nice enough to give me these for free, he actually pays 5CND each for these boxes) these gundam cargo boxes are pretty huge, and really thick as well. all the boxes are in there.

I also store mine in my closet. But I too am running out of space. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. But I'd like to keep the boxes for moving purposes later.

Yay my Bandai 1/55 VF-1* Valkyries turned up today. I'll post some pictures when I get home.

But I got:

VF-1A Generic
VF-1J H Ichijo
VF-1A H Ichijo
VF-1S Roy Focker

I think I only need Max and Millia's to complete the set. Although I wouldn't mind getting a couple more generics to have on display in the three modes with the rest still MIB.

I wouldn't mind a 1/48 kit with the Super Strike parts just for display like Astrana.

I went to a convention about a week and a half ago (ConnectiCon '09), and bought a chibi Mion and chibi Hanyuu figurine (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni/Kai).
