Lets just go with Tsunade has the ability to quicken the speed of hair growing and Ino asked her to do it...

Well, speaking of anomalies, Sasuke's sharingan look really weird about half of the time.

Ino looks better like that anyway. I always thought that "hair bag" she's been sporting since she hacked it off was hideous.

The animation team didn't forget anything. In chapter 173, Ino has a longer ponytail just like in the anime. Ino grew her hair back, Sakura kept cutting it. That's all there is to it.

Hrm, I think its pretty clear from that img Ino looks better with longer hair.

(Sakura seems to be more suited to shoulder length hair. Long hair on sakura makes her look a bit too soft)

Here's another anomaly:

In the scene where Chouji is talking to Ino near the bathroom, you can see that his left pupil has goldish-green specks in it. They kind of look like glass shards.

Oh, and Ino has a reason to grow it out again; so she can perform the follicle bind no jutsu again.

Another interseting part about this episode is when Naruto preforms his Combo, it seems that only 3 clones kick Susake into the air when it shows 4 different clones sliding saying: U, Zu, Ma, Ki...

One of the three clones could have just had two parts, making it look like there were four clones.

Well.. the truth is that Ino did grew back her hair. Evidence : Episode 78-103 OP theme. The animators couldn't make that same mistake for a straight 25 episodes right ?
