I'd pick something that's simple so I wouldn't make a fool of myself. Probably the RX-79 and I just love the cockpit in the chest rather than the one in the abs-area.

For UC RX-78 you got want to pilot the original Gundam and Hi-nu Gundam. For AU I would want to pilot Death Scythe Hell Custom. And Shining Gundam, because I just want to yell "HIssatsu Shining Finger! "

If you were a druggo i would probably recommend Wing Zero or Epion with the hallucenations and all. You wouldnt even need the drugs :P

But me personally I think probably Strike Freedom or Infinite Justice. But that is only because i have only had the opportunity to see Series: Wing, SEED, and SEED Destiny

Well, I'd love to pilot Freedom. A decent, powerful suit that is good both in close-combat and gunfighting.

But I'm also very into sniper type mechas, so 00's Dynames, SEED's Buster, Stargazer's Verde Buster and SEED Destiny grunt unit Gunner Zaku would all do

In truth, I see myself in a black/green personal custom gunner zaku ;D

The one's I would like to pilot:

Rx-93 Hi-Nu
SYSTEM ∀-99 ∀Gundam
and Concept-X 6-1-2 Turn X

in that order. Hi-Nu because of looks, the wings actually serves a purpose not just astetics.
Turn A cause of moon light butterfly system
Turn X last cause despite the same butterfly system its reforming itself reminds me too much of power rangers where the parts would assemble to make a robot, kinda feel silly piloting it.
