Well mind you it is more realistic I suppose having a war and people dying.......though I wish they'd have other people die too.

Regardless I really enjoyed MS Igloo Apocalypse and it seems the animation, music and storytelling has come quite a way.....I felt everything was alot better than the first series, it felt alot more atmospheric and everything looked alot more realistic.

No, I mean it's expected for people to always die with IgLoo that the surprise element seems to be working less and less.

I know, I was just saying thats all.......with MS Igloo the surprise would probably be somebody surviving ._.

Hah, got to love the Hitler Jugend Cadets, almost looked like a bunch of Nazi Soldiers got lost and ended up in IGLOO(moreso than usual that is)
Can't wait to get my hands on a RAW/Sub of this...although my searching haven't brought me to any RAW yet

Is this episode the same lenght as usual? Looks like alot more stuff is going on than usual...checked the screencaps down halfway and thought it would be over there but nope, the action were just getting started!

The OST is the same for Apocalypse 0079 as well. It's the same music throughout.

Perhaps the meaning of existence lies within their will to fight.
People feel a sense of accomplishment through battle.
And itís also a fact that the ones actually fighting are never perceived as being tainted.

After seeing episode two, i'm left with the feeling that Erwin could've been a newtype.

Has anyone noticed theres a interview with the Evangelion director Hideaki Anno? I think its saying that hes actually a rather large fan of the MS IGLOO series but does mention he also thinks the battleships were moving way too quickly in ep 1.

Just watched it.

I don't understand japanese but my thoughts on it.

Out of all the other episodes this was pretty brutal. I think this is the first time we actually see the GMs in hardcore combat.

I believe the Zeon fleet that was retreating was the Deltaz fleet?

I was surprised to see the MA being piloted by the engineer himself and at the end...

Spoiler:

Other than that I enjoyed the series.

The MA was quite powerful, considering the fact that it's carrying an ammunition depot for resupplying units on the spot. One critical shot and it's in trouble.

The retreating ships were that of Char Aznable with Mineva and Zena Zabi.

I was wondering the same thing. I thought maybe he saw the gundam or something. Overall I felt the igloo series was the best thing to come to gundam in the past two years. However watching igloo makes me want more and more UC stories.
