What makes it forbidden usually they are dangerous to the user or something or did they just use it as a plot device so naruto would have a unique Justsu?

It is a konoha only jutsu- shadow bunshin is (gozaru yoh)

and it is a jounin- level skill.. because in general, genin/chuunin dont have enough chakra to utilize kagebunshin... it is not dangerous, it is just a jounin only skill... but naruto got his hands on it

(in the manga naruto sneaks into hokage's house... he does get caught, but he uses sexy no jutsu on him) dunno if this happenes in the anime.

I have saved this image into my "WTF directory" just in case I ever wonder if it was only been a bad dream, and have removed it from the forum. Hopefully Lexander will never do this again!
