hah, I was reading the first page of this thread and was about to tell Mr Paper that christmas eve wasn't until tomorrow.. so he didn't have to be so unhappy about being at work! oh hoho

For me I thought I wasn't going to make it until christmas. The last couple of weeks while finishing up finals I was either at school, at work, or walking between them. It got so cold where I live my cars ignition had frozen and some nights I would spend at school because I was just too cold to go home where I cant even afford to turn the heat on. I was surviving on icicles that I pulled off trees, discount halloween chocolates and I think sheer willpower. It was only for a couple weeks but just thinking back on it exhausts me.

BUT!! now Im back at home for a whole month in a house with actual heat! Playing video games with my brother and sister, catching up on anime and japanese drama, sleeping until noon and opening christmas cards where people from back at school reveal their undying love for me. Im not religious but christmas is sort of this time for me where I can delude myself and forget what I have to go back too.

So I wish you all happy holidays and that even if you're still in school or at work you can maybe find at least one moment of peace or one morning that you don't have to worry about getting up. And if not that, then at least I hope you are not cold!

Oh, I just realized that this thread was started in 2004. Silly me... I hope Mr_Paper doesn't suffer the same fate again this year.

Anyway, Merry Christmas everyone! (And for the select few, Happy Crimbo! )

What about celebrating Festivus for the rest of us? Also, it ain't Christmas yet. For, there's still 28 hours left until then, and about 38 hours until gift-opening (stupid Church. Why do we have to go? It's the same exact mass every damn year!)

IIDX! IIDX! IIDX!

Merry Christmas (eve>day)!
May we all enjoy ourselves during this day(eve) which includes so many stupid things that it isn't worth mentioning .

Btw: how many celebrate christmas day and how many celebrate christmas eve?
(Really, celebrating christmas day is weird.. :P)

It's now Christmas in Tonga, so Merry Christmas to everyone there.

For some reason Tonga is 13 hours ahead of GMT, so they are one of the first places to hit Xmas (current time in Tonga)

Edit: Actually, it's been Christmas in the Line Islands (which includes Christmas Island) for over an hour as they are GMT+14!

2005 is a good year for some, bad year for some.

Thanks to some "people", this year nearly got wiped out from this forums, for those with a happy time, the hackers may hack away our posts and reps, but they can never hack away our memories. And for those with a bad year, now is an opportunity to look forward to the future.

So Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone here at animesuki.

Just 13 more hours for me. I wonder how I'll sleep at night considering that I am going to be only after 13 hours of being awake. Normally I get tired after 16 hours of being up. Damn! I'm in a real pickle if I can't get more than 6 hours of sleep. I have 8 AM mass in the morning, and IIDX at 9:30-ish.
