It's doubtful that it will ever come to american tv. I believe it was on anime network in the past before. I had funimation channel for awhile but I don't think I saw anything about TSR being aired on it. So more than likely, no it won't.

Who was the lady in FMP:TSR in epsidode 13 around 19:23-19:40 talking to Hunter-san? She kinda looked like Mao.

Is the full metal panic overload based off of the short stories and how many volumes are out?

There are 5 FMP overloads and they aren't based on the short stories.

Yo folks!

I need to ask on the nation status of countries in the FMP world, particularly in...

1. Eastern Europe? Did most of them (Czechoslovakia, Bulgaria, Romania) gain democratic gov'ts in the 1990s.

2. Certain USSR republics like Latvia, Tajikistan, etc. Did some of them also gain independence or where stuck with the USSR?

3. Did the FMP novels mention anything about the capitals of North/South China (while I do assume that Beijing is Northern territory, is Nanking capital of the South)

The USSR is still complete with their half of Germany.

I don't remember if the name of the capitals of the two China have been mentioned in a novel.

Does Warsaw Pact still exists? Also, I want to ask if Bruno in the Sigma manga has a first name? (No, not Vincent from TSR).

I haven't heard anything of the Warsaw Pact, but considering that NATO would probably still be in effect (heck, we still have it now), I wouldn't be surprised if the Warsaw Pact was still in effect.

However, I've heard that a group called Ravyn has started translating the Burning One Man Force novel. Is this true? And where can I get them? I only have the prologue right now, but I had heard that they were up to the third segment already. Can I get any information on that?

Edit: Found out the capital of the Chinese Democratic Alliance! It's Guangzhou. It's mentioned in the End of Day by Day in chapter 5a, page 25. It calls the Northern Chinese Faction "Beijing," and the southern chinese faction the "Guangzhou puppet faction." It's probably a safe bet that Guangzhou is the capital of southern china.

I made a mistake about Germany.

In BOMF it is said that Germany has had a miraculous unification, just before a devastating storm of purging and oppression swept over Eastern Europe.

The Rk-89 the predecessor of the Savage has been first used by the Warsaw Treaty Platoon. The Rk-89 is a second generation AS like the Rk-91/92 and M6.

Text in bold are quote from the translation of BOMF (chapter 2) by Ravyn.

I have a question about the music in the final episode of TSR.

Can someone help me figure out what piece of music is playing right around the 06:00 mark of ep 13 of TSR?

Spoiler:

"Shukumei" (track 10 of TSR OST) sounds like a similar movement, but it's not the exact piece. The track in question, IMO, adds a lot to the dramatic tension of the scene and I find myself liking it a lot. It has qualities that remind me of "Plan 1056" on the original OST, vol 1.

So, if anyone can point me towards where I could find it, I'd be quite grateful.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, I can't help you, but I'm looking for the same song...

I really like the beautiful music that starts playing at the scene where Kaname is standing in front of Sousuke and the sun's rising.... *o* For me it's the most beautiful scene in TSR and maybe in the whole FMP series.

But no chance to get it. You won't find it on the OSTS....

Does anyone know the name of the island where Gauron got captured in the first season of FMP? It happened around episode 18 right before they took him on board the TDD. I'd look it up myself, but I don't currently have the series on me right now. I have the romanization of Japanese for it (berirudaobu), but I'm looking for the official name. Thanks~
