Well usually the user title goes with the avatar (or at least that's the association I do ^^), so seeing the motion, and considering that the taxi is well visible in it, I'd say it's ok.

However, since that gif didn't seem perfectly smooth, I tried to slightly change the timesettings and see how it could look like ---> ... just an humble attempt ^^

And the animation is meant to be fast, she's expressing shock/ annoyance at what someone just said to her, she's not likely to move slowly.
