Hey guys thanks for the constructive feedback. I was going for a minimilistic feel but I guess it was a little too empty. Does it look any better now?

(Still need to optimize png version to enable transparency, but I'll keep with the jpeg for a bit while I do)

@ Milan Kyuubi 8.9/10 Colors look great, especially her hair and how it suits the background very well.
@Enchanted Princess 7.5/10 The brushes used (like nearer the right area) looks very good. I would've given this a higher score if only I didn't like the colors (This is just my personal preference. Different people have different colors they don't like, right?)
@ Miyuki-ism 8.5/10 I really really liked the picture used. The quote also sounds meaningful.

Halcyon: 8.5/10 I like the overall idea, and the lighting looks good (I think you could take it farther though). The reflection is a nice touch.

A few details that I'd personally change:
1) The ground is slanted, but Haruhi isn't. She's not leaning over since her hair is going straight down. Maybe she's on a really steep hill or something?
2) You squashed your rounded corners somewhere along the line.
3) The text is kind of hanging off the side.

CMHerrera: 8.7/10 .-. Whoa you've improved. I feel like the lineart on Izaya right side of the jacket is too bold so try toning it down a bit. I like it though.

As for the orange one you posted earlier, I give 9/10. I liked that one better
