I just finished Traumend this weekend and wow I was very surprised at the quality of anime Rozen Maiden turned out to be. I can easily recommend this to most of my friends without fear of them disowning me.

The only reason it took me so long to get into the series, is my lack of free time anymore, and the HUGE pile of anime I have still to watch. It's a never ending battle I tell you.

Oh and Gin FTW!

You are a Gin fan too!

Do you like Barasuishou as well?

Barasuishou- Critical attack and manipulative
Kirakishou- Critical attack and I am guessing low defense.
Erm where's Kanaria

Ho! Nice suigintou pic there. Idont really like Hina and Kanaria because they're too childish. But it seems that there are many fans of them.

I think Kanaria is all about offense and no defense. She has little to no defensive capabiities (yes, she can block melee attacks with her violin, but that's a risky move as it could damage her weapon). She is heavily reliant on her violin, which once broken, will leave her completely vulnerable.

It is funny that in episode 11, they nerf Kanaria's attacks, when the first time she attacked (the dolls of the Sakurada household), she left a large trail of destruction.

Suigintou is pretty much well balanced in both defense and offense (using wings as both weapon and shield) though, but she had terrible accuracy. We can say the same about Shinku, who could conjure up a barrier to protect herself, and could also launch massive rose-petal attacks. I think, however, that Shinku has more precision.

Gin with a Yakult machine gun attached to her stomach

Kanaria knows Kage Bushin no Jutsu

After learning her lesson from Season 1, Shinku decides to upgrade herself in case the same thing happens again.

After Souseiseki and Hina Ichigo lost their job after their death episode in Traumend. They were immediately hired by Lucas to film his next animated movie...

With Souseiseki as the main character, 'Luke Souwalker'. Hina however, got a not so glamourous role of 'Hina the Hutt'

I was a fan of Gin from the very beginning of first season. I so liked her better than Shinku.

As for Bara, she wasn't my favorite, but she wasn't my least favorite either. She was in the middle actually.

Now Flo invokes MPD Psycho. That's a good manga, but nowhere near the sanity and coolness of Rozen Maiden ... you are scary, Flo!

And ... ehem ... I love Gin ... :]

What's with the Yakult jokes and Gin? I never really understood those.

Kanaria is cute, just like Hina Ichigo. Also remember that she was the one who was able to remove the arm of Barasuishou, while the other RMs did not do anything to damage her (except for Shinku, of course, who pwnd the hell out of her. Bara is a damn cheater. B*tch.)

That and the scene where Gin and Souseiseki's Medium meet in season 1.

"Gin: Have you taken Latic Acid Bacteria?"
(aka Yakult)

That was the starting point of Gin and Yakult relationship, the sale of Yakult in japan was probably doubled thanks to Suigintou.

Gin-sama should become the spokes-doll for the Yakult company.

Anyway, here's an analysis of Shin-chan's relationship with Gin-sama by Hinal-Ichigo.
