First two episodes I had liked but now I lost interest in it. I'm not for the shows where evil wins and we find out in episodes 3-4 that she is evil. Not the cute misunderstood princess that evil is trying to take out but the other way around. She kept throwing her friend into the traps and spewing evil nonsense. Looks like evil will win in this series and I HATE that.. that is why I won't watch any of the CRAP spewed out by SICKO Stephen King. Anyone that writes stories about evil winning is a total sicko in my book who probably practices sick things like devil worship.

^ While I agree with the above, I still see it as a parody, and it's funny at times, although the first episodes were indeed more funny to watch. Well, I don't think it can get any worse than that. After all, it's not a serious show, so EVIL winning must be viewed as a parody element. But yeah, evil winning sucks

I totally disagree with both of you

I think it is a good thing to have at least one show where the Evil wins
So this makes Punie the most realistic show 2006?

Anyway, Episode 3-4 where great. The fight in Epi 3 was great. And the cute twins in Episode four where the best thing ever. So cute, so lovely XD Can i adobt them?

<-- laughs at those people who can't stand evil winning.
In my opinion there are way too few anime where this is happening, but in DMT in particular it just serves as a further hilariousity, and I guess it's true that there are those people who find this show the utmost crap, and those who can party to death

I think this series is pretty funny. The live army of vegetables, joint locks and bone breaking got my attention , but what I really like was when Punnie was searching for a mascot. Paya is the best character in this anime imo.

How is Punnie evil? Why cant the bad guy win for once? People who write a story about bad people winning are compared to devil worshipers?
Iam I Satanic because I enjoy this show? Oh no.

The wrestling moves and the submission holds + the evil voice... I haven't been this turned on in a long time.

This is one sick show. My question is what the hell is 'Punie' anyway? If demons are scared of her it makes you wonder. Oh that scene with the little sisters after all that crap they put 'Punie' through they go home and make pancakes. That just made my head fall off. The world that 'Punie' comes from is totally twisted. Can't wait to see 5-6.

uh..... ok this show is good.

at first i thought i would not like it from all the descriptions, but its funny.

she is the evil princess but its done in humor, at least she has a goal in life.

the potato peeling part was real funny.

i saw on the website the first DVD comes with a black box case. is that a limited item or do all the first 2 episode DVD come with it?

I want the OP and ED, they're too funny, but they're nowhere to be found. Does anyone know if they're getting their single sometime soon?

I saw Episodes 5 and 6 which aired on TV.

At this rate, they're going to air every single episode prior to the DVD release, which prompts me to think Geneon is more inclined on promoting the Dai Mahou Touge series (possibly for a TV anime series) more than selling the OVAs.
Spoiler for Episodes 5 and 6:

did it seem like the quality for 5 and 6 was pretty low?

the episodes were good but i expcted more of a battle out of the teacher.

i also have a feeling that punie would not let tetsuko get shot like that.

Eps 5 and 6 were enjoyable, but I can feel the steam coming out of this show. Maybe you can only run the same jokes just so many times. I certainly love the voice-acting, especially from Kawasumi Ayako. It was also good to hear Chiba Saeko in there, and Noto Mamiko, I think. And amusing to think that Punie is played by Negi (Satou Rina). And Payo-tan switching back and forth between Saitou Chiwa and Nakata Jouji was a kick. It was interesting to see the credits flash by so fast they were unreadable. Trying to hide something? Maybe it was just the encoding of the video, not sure.
