On average, how long do you think it take to draw one page of manga?

IMO I would say it depends on the artist skill level.

That's a very vague question. Not all manga are drawn with the same amount of detail. For a manga like Azumanga or Tokyo Tribes, who's art is pretty average, it would maybe take a few hours? For more detailed manga like Battle Royal, Initial D (The cars), or Hellsing, it would take much longer.

But I have no clue how the manga making process works, so I can't really give a good estimate.

Depends on skill level, number of assistants, and detail of the pages. I knew an animator who used to do comic art, and he had training as a caricature artist. He got used to drawing things well and quickly (average caricature drawing time is a few minutes) so he could get 4 pages drawn in a day sometimes. Many factors.
