Okay, so even Dr. Flaminia wants a piece of G-Self! Would it be nice if she just let Bellri pilot the mobile suit to the enemy at gunpoint instead of putting him to sleep?

Man, Bell still seems like he has really hard time getting over the fact that Aida is sister.

Flaminia's betrayal was out of nowhere though.

That's what I'm thinking when I saw her stabbing Bellri with a syringe. On the other hand, it seems that it was foreshadowed during this week's episode.

During the jogging scene, someone commented that Dr. Flaminia is a spy if I remember correctly (I think it was Noredo who said that).

You can't trust any adults in these Gundam shows, I guess this episode confirm that Bell and Aida are related.

honestly I can't tell who is the villains are at this point. That and there are so many factions. it's like every month we get a new faction.

Capital Guard
Capital Army
Amerian
Megafauna
Towasanga - which seems to have 3/4 sub factions....
Venus Globe
And now this G-IT Corps...

I love Gundam but the story is rather messy

Flaminia, the traitor! Think of how Raraiya would feel from your actions. What she said near the beginning was strange though, if she was talking about Bellri and Aida with the "so, they are the siblings". I think she would know they were without having to confirm it. She was a retainer of the family, and she recognized them when they first arrived on Towasanga. So, it might not be them she's talking about. They conspicuously don't show us the papers either.

I hope they reveal the secrets of the G-self soon. It was created from the Rose of Hermes Blueprints, which no one knows where they came from. The retainers said they sneaked in the Rayhunton code, but how do you get something like that past the radar, when it limits piloting. It seems impossible for them not to get caught. Also, why did the respective authorities in the matter allow them to work on it in the first place? Why lock it in the first place? It would get the job done whether you limited the pilots using it or not, because of the G-self being picky about it's pilot. It rejected Raraiya at the very beginning, and caused trouble for Aida when facing Bellri, because it was reacting to him, even though he was in Rectem at the time.

The G-self on at least one occasion has caused a direct biological response to Bellri and Aida. They both felt a pang in their chest from the G-self unlocking more data in episode 4. Also, before his death, Cahil identified Aida through a retinal scan for an iris sign, and found Bellri having the same. (Twins don't even have the same finger prints. You expect me to believe siblings have the same retinal scan data.) They did something to these kids! Cumpa has to meet them again, before we get the full story.

After watching the preview, wherever Bellri goes, someone has to put him in the cockpit.

Also, some pictures of Bellri and Aida from this episode:

Still hoping these two end up together, even if we have to go the incest route, if they keep force feeding us this sibling angle.

Huh, this episode was rather easy to follow for a change O-o

And while some parts are questionable, none are outright ridiculous (except for perhaps the captain trying to shower with Noredo.........)

Awwww Manny really misses Luin, thats cute

Uhhh do they really have to run? A sauna/sweat bath would just as easily do the job of expelling toxins.......whatever, they're getting exercise

Another faction? Seriously? Hopefully they dont last too long or things resolve themselves, otherwise this is just going to get more messy

I have to admit though, the G-IT units are quite impressive in animation, especially the Gaeon, can't wait to see them all in action

Well, I'll give this to them, these last two episodes have been the best in the series thus far.

I at first thought this was going to be another stiff episode with a lot of talking and a lot of not knowing what was going on. Especially after that kind of pretentious scene with Aida and "You know these things because you were taught to believe them!". Well duh, that's not just true of Aida but everyone in that room, in fact I'd say Bellri and Noredo even more so. See we reflect things that we are taught. You're point is? Sure you can say that "you must find things out for yourself", but I don't think such a disparity of energy being monopolized would be that hard not to see, but whatever. This show has been weak in the politics and theory section since the beginning.

What really caught my attention was the entire second half. We have these new enemies that have got them captured which is something none of the other factions have done. They have Gundam style suits and are trying to capture the G-self. Bellri, who's finally accepted his Rayhunton parentage, tries to fight back, but is betrayed by the lady doctor. They're trying to hack the G-self's system, but Bellri keeps telling them that the mech will only respond to him or his sister. But for some reason that goes against the taboo?

Ya know? Here's an interesting idea: Let's just get rid of all this taboo nonsense. The more I hear about it, the stupider it is, and it's being shown more and more that you guys go against taboo all the time.

Totally agree, there is way too many different groups and different sides that I can't even tell what side wants what anymore. In fact, I can't even tell if I've even missed a couple of factions, simply because there are so many.

Couldn't they have just kept it simply and have 2 or 3 factions, with maybe a sub-faction each?

I think what they were saying at the beginning of this episode was that Dr. Flaminia had tricked them and was actually an undercover investigator for Venus Globe, however later on, it's discovered that even that is a lie and actually she's with this G-IT gang.

Well, one thing that we've learned from this woman: you definitely can't trust her.

Lorucca is a hypocrite about being angry with Flaminia about keeping secrets, when he's shown to have ties with Cumpa that the other members of his group aren't aware of.

Also, Flaminia should be well aware of the limited pilots of the G-self. Why is she trying to steal it by having someone she knows can't move it try to operate it?

Haha.. once again the episode was confusing as hell. Cut directing is a mess. Or perhaps... they don't have enough time to pace the story correctly. So what we get is haste, haste and haste.

What makes this series so confusing is the combination of slow paced story, with constant haste with scenes. They don't go well together.

Flaminia is actually outside the Rayhunton mansion when the aides are explaining the Rayhunton code.

Since she needed someone else to move the G-Self for her, it's clear that she's not very well-versed in the technicalities behind mobile suits. So it can be assumed she wasn't exactly part of the inner circle in the YG-111's development.

I'm pretty sure you left out the Hermes foundation.

Why is the doctor trying to pilot the G-self when she should know about the limited pilots.

Why does it have to have a set villain faction? Everyone is in it for themselves.

I'm with you on the AidaxBellri ship but unless they pull some step-sibling bit or otherwise make them 'less than real' siblings it won't happen. The Japanese love to fool with the concept but never have the chutzpah to actually do it.

Well, they built up Bellri crushing on Aida to the point he tacitly admitted he was in love with her. Randomly being told shes your sister and now socially unacceptable to pursue would be feel like complete bs.

As a side note they were toying with the idea of a triangle with BellrixAidaxNoredo, and now that Noredo's not Raraiya's babysitter anymore, who knows. Of course they did randomly drop the info that Bellri and Raraiya had been getting along quite well since Raraiya become normal.

Actually it seems that he has finally completely accepted it this epsiode, and he's now saying "nee-san" all the time.

I honestly didn't see that much with romantic crush at all, so it really wasn't much of a loss. In fact, I guessed they were brother and sister since episode 2 when Cahill identified the same eye signature thing in Bellri that he thought was only in Aida. Also, someone mentioned that Tomino was experimenting with a "big sister" theme in this show, so it was alluded to before this series even began. So, I have never shipped them together since I knew they would reveal it eventually. If it was going to be anybody with Bellri, I'm thinking Raraiya or Noredo. Raraiya reminds me of Lalah, who Tomino had be a main love interest in the original Gundam, so she's a very strong possibility.

There a thing that bugging me alot. One of G-IT Corps pilot, the yellow one happen to have (on my ear) MALE VOICE. However, his/her? body fit what I describe "have certain body line" for female. Below the pic. I think "she" is called "Chickara" if i'm not wrong.
The question: What is this person's gender ?
a. Female
b. Shemale
