rofl....even if there was to be a rematch, i couldnt see the fight occuring any different to how it has. Woli'd learn more about boxin, would smash ippo around more.....ippo'd learn not to take headshots and aim for the love taps.......or just unleash dempsy roll sooner.

Speaking of which, i noticed in the recent translated chapter it said 'he's unsealed it' or something close. When did he acctually seal the dempsy roll? I know he did when he found it's weakness, but cant remmber when he said about re-sealing the move after using the upgrade.

Maybe it's just implied? He can use the normal one (the first version), with its weakness to counters, but the second one would damage his body, so he 'sealed' it?

hmmm i suppose. I was just under the impression the whole "training" part was showing him overcoming the damage and being able to use it freely.

In the PSP game of HNI he has a move where you can charge/stop the Dempsy Roll then hit.

Well technically not. It would just mean he'd need something....like a break...to stop his momentum entirely, which'd mean he's got some god like muscles.

That was epic, Love the fight, Especially in the last few chapters. Say what you will about Morikawa but he always plans the last stage of the fights really well.

You can't "charge" a punch in real life. Once you stop following through, the energy dissipates. You can't swing through a punch, stop in front of someone's face, then follow through and have the same amount of force. Only in manga.

But I believe though in real life gripping your fists together and hardening the hold is the charge in real life.

Dempsey Roll isnt a punch tho, it's a combination of alot of things. Basic of the Dempsey roll is to get a rhythmic flowing mothion of your body - so surely you could "charge" the momentum up......then stop and punch....oviously it wouldnt have same spring force behind it tho. Bah im confused - gonna stop

So yeah, maybe he will cross an other time Ippo's path to Martinez's moustache. Or, Woli won't be able to "recover" from that fight and his boxing career will end. I'm more up to physical sequels ala Ryuhei or even worse than a mental breakdown. Miguel throw the towel and at the same time Wolli hit the ground, Ippo stumble fall on his back unconscious/sleeping, Wolli leave the ring helped by Miguel. No chapter next week.
