How to burn .h264 to dvd?

I'm new at burning video to dvd and don't really know where to start.

I've read the guides on here but they weren't really any help.

What I would like to do is burn .h264 files to dvd to watch on my tv instead of my computer, is there a guide out there that can help me do this?

Do I have to do anything with the .sfv file that came with the fansubs?

Thank you in advance

This guide may not be easy to setup, but it will work for converting H.264 fansubs to DVD properly:
http://www.playbackhelp.com/doc/guides/queue/

SFV files that occasionally come with fansubs are merely checksum files that hold the filename
of the fansub(s) and the CRC32 value for the file. You can open them in Notepad, and check
and create them with a tool called QuickSFV (google it).
