The Fourth Realm Trilogy: The Traveler, The Dark River, The Golden City - by John Twelve Hawks

Had some flaws but still a great read. Definite page turner.

I love history so I'm reading a couple books I got for Christmas. Just finished The Greatest Day In History by Nicholas Best, really nice book about the end of World War I, lots of eyewitness accounts. Next I'll read Sea of Faith: Islam and Christianity in the Medieval Mediterranean World by Stephen O'Shea.

Finished Doctor Who - The Eight Doctors, by Terrance Dicks. I'm not all that familiar with the Doctor Who universe in general, but this book provided a good overview as the eighth Doctor visits his seven previous incarnations in an attempt to thwart one of the Master's plots.

Infernal Devices by K.W. Jeter -- that was quite a romp: a quirky Victorian fantasy of clockworks and mad science.

The Caretaker Trilogy by David Klass: Firestorm, Whirlwind, and (now) Timelock.

It's a great series about our actions and what they do to the environment, mixed in with a bit of fantasy and unique situations. :3

I Am Legend - Richard Matheson

I had put this on hold for a while, but always intended to read it. And am I glad I did. Excellent writing, with great atmosphere.

Currently reading Dan Brown's "Lost Symbol", which is seriously overrated...although I haven't finished it YET, I can safely say it's full of cheap plot, the only interesting point in the entire story being left untold.
Spoiler for Lost symbol:

Just read Animal Farm. Really good book I would recommend it.

Just like 1984 it really delivered. George Orwell is really good at this. To bad he did not make more books like those.

Hmm, been a while since my last post here so...

The Pillars of The Earth by Ken Follet - One of the best books I've ever read (Now in my top ten)

Alexander Triolgy by Valerio Massimo - Not bad; bit lacking in imagination from the Author.

The Broken Window by Jeffery Deaver - Better than The Bone Collector imo.

By the Rivers of Babylon by Nelson DeMille - Very good. Warzone/religious/morality warts and all.

The Prometheus Deception by Robert Ludlum - Good enough to make me want to start reading his Bourne series.

The lost symbol by Dan Brown - Probably his worst novel yet. Book made for a movie.

The Prophecy by Chris Kuzneski - Again, probably his worst work. However, still worth the time.

Edit: Currently reading the Earth's Children Saga by Jean Auel - I'm only halfway through the first book (Clan of the Cave Bear) but I must advise that I am thoroughly enjoying it!

Re-reads - Les Misarables by Victor Hugo and The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas. Both sheer classics and always in my top ten.
