Looks like GMC is also following doing a maid figure of Saber. However I much more prefer the Clayz design of the Saber maid figure instead.

This one is from Clayz:
http://www.clayz-online.com/cl_catar...rog_frame.html.

Hm..how to explain, I find Clayz works to be much more detailed and realistic somewhat but the price is abit expensive since ordering across seas is hurting my piggy bank
Surprise to see that GMC producing near similar maid version of saber. Both looks good to me. Though agreed that clayz version has more details for the dress.

Is clayz exporting it outside japan? That detail looks incredible.

you can buy those on japanese shops like hlj, hobbysearch, amenbo when they are released.

don't look at those pics cause they are the resin prototype versions. mass produced figures will lose a lot of details (clayz figures in partcular...)

anyway I don't like maids figure, maybe I'll get alter swimsuit saber

^ is personal taste really on which manufacturer takes on producing the figure. For me, I prefer Alter and Clayz.

As for the details, well....that is the only reference/pictures on the sites. If you were to look at the real thing, the only way is to go to an anime store near you to see if its quality is up to you standards. Otherwise, you would have to bet your chances when ordering across seas. Since these figures have tolerances making them not all are 100%.
Clayz doesnt produce as much f/sn figures as other companies, the only i got was the 1/6 Clayz saber, which is this one:

http://www.hlj.com/product/CLY18063

This one was lucikly re-issued after i waited for like 6 months roaming around trying to find one.

I am still looking for a good saber figure. Maids, swimsuit is so out of character so I never like them. And I've looked thru the older figures but none of them really look like saber.... Maybe I am picky but when I look into the figure what I care most is the face, if it feels like it doesn't resemble the anime character I won't like it =/

So far, there is only 1 saber that I really like, but it's really small cuz it's a collection pack, but I am gonna try my luck anyway (http://www.hlj.com/product/ALT20503).

Another fsn figure which I think that is actually good is the combat sakura releasing on december (http://www.hlj.com/product/ALT20132), but I am about to buy a fsn music box and what I really want is a saber figure so I don't think I'll get it....

For everyone who thought the 1:1 Saber was more in line with "Candygirl" products, here's one for us poorer folks who also wants a do-able version of Saber or Rin. Now, you can spank that ol' monkey while wearing one of these!

I have a question for all you Stay/Fate Night merch gurus! I'm trying to pick up a Saber plushie for my friend's birthday, and in scowering the web I've run across a few. However, some of the pictures are somewhat... odd.

VS: http://www.hlj.com/images/exh/exh27151.jpg

On the one hand, these retailers/auctioneers could just have horrible photography skills. On the other, I can't help but notice the odd color of the hair, the fact that the skirt looks blue instead of black, and the fact that the whole thing just screams "knockoff" to me. However, I fully admit that I could just be being paranoid... after all, I'm yet to hear of a knockoff plushie until now, but I suppose there's a first time for everything. ^^; What do you guys think?
