If it is form Amazon.com then it is probably in english. I don't think Amazon do any importing.

From Amazon the page you link to:
Quote:
Product Details

Hardcover: 80 pages
Publisher: VIZ Media LLC; 1 edition (August 9, 2005)
Language: English
ISBN: 1421501570
Since it's Viz who are publishing it and it also states it's in English, it's a safe bet to say this book is in English

i'm planning to buy angel sanctuary (since i really loved the OVA) while i'm here japan but i still have my doubts.

i hope it's not too much to ask but--

can you tell me why it's worth to buy it? is it worth to read all 20 volumes of it?

If you like to see a convoluted story full of heresy and moral conundrums with twist, turns, more twists and more turns, then yeah, it is worth buying. If you like incredibly gorgeous artwork, then it is worth buying. This manga is one of the best examples of its type. I only regret that there are merely 20 volumes because it seems far to few for such a masterpiece.

On the other hand, if you want to get a lot of fights and testosterone, then don't waste your time because the fights are not the focus of Angel Sanctuary. And the testosterone is quite lacking. Nor is there much to recomend this manga for a lolicon or a fan of giant robots.

It's all about what sort of story you like.

Sadly, unlike tesosterone, mysogynism is alive the doing well throughout the whole of Angel Sanctuary
