x Tojii
o Tochigi 栃木

He's referring to the Tochigi prefecture (or perhaps the city of Tochigi within it), which is north of Tokyo, past Saitama.

By the way, by train, it'll probably be around 2 hours to go from the starting point of that map (豪徳寺 Goutokuji, written in red marker, which is located near Shinjuku), to the ending point (somewhere near 小山 Koyama).

ふむ、まだ一度もいっておらぬ。(いずれ行くかなぁ)
それに、聞き間違えれば、ググることすらできん。

Does anyone know of the piano piece played through out the first half of the trailer, or is that just going to be something for the movie?

I think it's one of the BGM tracks from the movie, composed by Tenmon. I am starting to love his works.

Yeah - it sounds like something by Tenmon. Hopefully the OST for the new movie shall be released before the movie its self. :3

XviD is also less likely to be FUBAR'ed. I remember that the h264 release of Shakugan no Shana was especially hideous.

YAY! heard about this yesterday in Omni's blog (Random Curiosity) and all it's amazing quality and animation, and Shinkai's great past work, so I watched the trailer and OMGSHNESS...

THE most AMAZING trailer/anime related video I have ever seen... i actually had tears in my eyes, even though i watched it raw without understanding a word of it. The piano/singing background music was great (I need to download it ASAP!) and the scenery is more beautiful than anything I've ever seen (anime and real life) I kept playing the trailer even after I watched it for the music. A MUST SEE this is =)

...(looks over at avatar and sighs at the beauty xD)
