Doremi-fansubs is planning on doing this. Looks like great fun, but I guess we have to use .mkv for the release since it's in dual audio.

The artwork looks really good, especially the character designs and funny emotions.

Spoiler for episode 1:

the reason official sites usually don't put out their plans is because they haven't made the stuff, or the planning/storyline set in stone and currently in production

i'm not saying moonphase is 100% reliable/trustworthy/accurate, heck even the supposedly 'next ep' preview is just random mumbling which gives you an impression that they 'might' make another one to promote "Sweet Kiss" (the reason for that extra audio track...)

officials only list stuff when they are near completion usually, like chapter title set, some screencaps, basic story outline, etc

i only trust it when the dvd is out on the shelf in a "not"-online store...
even preorder dates can be stalled/suspended for whatever reason -_-'

You might want to look into installing this:

-> http://cccp-project.net/

That's a one stop shopping solution. If that doesn't interest you, check out the guide in this thread:

-> AnimeSuki Playback Help Guide

It played back find for me, but I have followed the steps to set up my computer as outlined in that thread above (AnimeSuki Playback Help). Hope that helps. Cheers.

h3lladvocate:

if you have matroska support already on your comp, just uninstall whatever old version of matroska pack you have, and install the latest haali splitter from that animesuki playback guide link

the subs should work fine for vobsub 0.95 up to the latest vsfilter

i wonder how many people actually read that scarywater page...

Hahaha, i jsut finished watching this first ep and it was friken hilarious. It so damn random and the stuff taht happens is awsome. I hope the next ova comes out soon.

The warehouse scene was hilarious, it had me on the ground lol. Also the part "You saw it didnt you?? No I didn't see anything. Collarbone!!" that was great.

I was hesitant to watch this at first because it revolves around lives of fifth graders but boy was I wrong. It's very well done and the laughs came nonstop through out the episode. It's one of the funniest show I've seen since Honey and Clover.

Despite all the insanity, I was actually surprised that none of the scenes really seemed implausible for fifth graders. From my memory, by the FOURTH grade, most guys at least recognized and appreciated this side of life, even if they didn't really understand it. I'm not saying any guys at my school had wound up in these sorts of situations, but they probably wouldn't have known to avoid it, and would have reacted similarly once they stumbled into it. That said, my school life still was never anywhere near this interesting. Even in high school.

Hmmm, which sub to get...Kaze or Butchi? Anyone know why Butchi's is 230mb compared to Kaze's 173mb??? As far as could tell they're the same format...I'm inclined to get Kaze's since ive never even heard of the Butchi Fansub group though. Any suggestions? I'm dying to see this but dont wanna waste bandwidth.
