It's a collage of random events that happened from The Intrigues of Haruhi Suzumiya.

The collection of sketches appears to be scenes from the first day of "Intrigues". The scenes that I can identify are:

Center (color): Mikuru and Kyon squeezed into the locker together, hiding from Mikuru's past self.

Clockwise from upper right:

1: Mikuru talking to Yuki, who is slightly creeping her out.

2: Mikuru, embarassed, saying "don't look!" to Kyon, in reference to the fact that they are hiding in the locker while Mikuru's past self is changing clothes right outside.

3: Mikuru and Kyon walking together

4: Yuki dragging past-Mikuru away with an inane conversation to let Kyon and future-Mikuru sneak away unnoticed by past-Mikuru

5: Kyon's sister hugging Mikuru at Kyon's house

6: Yuki asking Kyon and Mikuru if they would care to stay for dinner (since they are already at her apartment)

7: Kyon imagining (left--Haruhi's reaction to finding that he, Mikuru, and Yuki all skipped out on the SOS-dan meeting to go to Yuki's place without her), (right--imagining Mikuru's sleepover with Yuki--note the pillow that Mikuru is hugging).

It was a mixed bath, but Kyon didn't know and entered alone first; then Yuki came along non-chalantly and start the chain reaction of girls entering to make sure Kyon isn't doing anything "funny".

I recognise all the girls except the blonde twintail. Who's that?

The tickets have "Tsuruya Corporate Group" printed on the back page and "Onsen Lodge" printed on the front, so I would presume they are the tickets for the trip, provided by Tsuruya-san.
