The French traditionally ate onion soup on their wedding nights to get it going south of the equator.

Summertime is conducive to one obvious suggestive scenario:

Spoiler for Suggestive indeed:

Never truly understood food-and-sex.
I'm thinking, a flowing stream of milk chocolate for licking, soft profiterole filling for nibbling, and...iunno, your favourite flavour of jello for sucking? That makes two of us...imo it's kinda like mixing pleasure with business, except it's pleasure with a totally different kind of pleasure.

I disappear from the thread for a day or so and return to find all kinds of food-based innuendo flying around in the posts.

Yeah really, I have no idea how this degenerated from a dating discussion to some pretty sick sounding references...

Hey, it could've ended up a lot worse, RB; take it as you will.

Remind me not to do that, I get bad breath with onions so it would have the opposite of the desired effect

Food play, eh.
It's one of the free pleasures in life as a human being (for the 1/3 that aren't starving in this world)

Talking of Pleasure, this moment I was writing with one hand, and with the other holding to my Mouth a Nectarine -- how good how fine. It went down all pulpy, slushy, oozy, all its delicious embonpoint melted down my throat like a large, beautified Strawberry.
John Keats (1795 - 1821)
If the divine creator has taken pains to give us delicious and exquisite things to eat, the least we can do is prepare them well and serve them with ceremony.
Fernand Point
There is no love sincerer than the love of food.
George Bernard Shaw (1856 - 1950)

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having fun with food in a relationship.
Whether it’s both attempting of making a 3 course meal together in the kitchen, eating and cleaning up together, this involves teamwork and creates a shared memory of creating something together as well.
Or whether it’s having fun with food during the ‘dessert’ phase, sensory depravation, guessing the taste or feel of certain items (usually fruit), you can go as far as your imagination allows. It’s all good times and not something a couple would do often methinks, so to incorporate and experiment once in a while is okay ^^
If you ever need more inspiration, go check out ‘Nine Weeks’

*whistles and creeps out of the thread, halo in tow*

Truth be told, I don't see myself as the type to play with food in a sexual manner, tho the innuendos don't escape me.

First, what's RB?

I suggest fudge and whipped cream, for starters.

Supposingly, eating a lot of mangos are supposed to help make fluids sweeter.

I think that's fruit in general, not just magos. On the other hand, meat is supposed to make it more bitter.

From my experience, it has to be either mangos or pineapples. No other fruit seems to have that effect.
