It costs about $46 in the States if you get it from Kinokuniya (not including the shipping price...)

It's also currently backordered on HLJ.

I just got my book today (along with Minagoroshi-hen Vol. 6). It's wonderful and I really think it's worth getting. Even though I have bookstores in my country that sell it, I found that it was cheaper to order it from CDJapan with SAL shipping (but it takes awhile...). I'm really happy with it. =)

It's $31.54 when you buy it at CDJapan... not including shipping though. I bought Minagoroshi-hen Vol. 6 with it using SAL shipping (since it's cheapest), and it came out to be about $46 total for me.

If I tried to buy it at the bookstores from my country, the Art Book is about $48 and the manga is $10. CDJapan is a much better deal, imo.
