Feel so relived . ADV had to play some role in TSR, its one of their most popular series.

Personally, I think the English dubbers for ADV do a really nice job, especially compared to some of the more horrible dubs out there. I think the voices suit the characters well, especially Sousuke and Kaname. As for Tessa's voice, the English dub sounds a lot less whiny.

Of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion

Well I love Tessa's voice, so less 'whiny' as you put it is an instant turnoff for me.

to me i like all of there english voices. i think it is easier to tell the difference between two characters when they are talking at once.

This was asked in another thread, TSR on DVD.

FMP TSR Volume 1 will be released on the 14th November 2006, retail price $30 so expect an online price of under $20. There is also a release of Vol 1 + box.

Is the OVA episode included in the license? I don't see any indication on ANN, but they're not necessarily the best source.

There's no reason to think they will not follow the usual trend, which is a gap of two months between releases. As for the number of eps per disc, not sure if the 13 eps will span 3 or 4 DVDs yet.

Info we have at the moment.

14th Nov 2006
Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid Vol. #1 (also w/box), $30 (Box will be $40). Contains 4 episodes
9th Jan 2007
Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid Vol. #2, $30. Unsure if 3 or 4 episodes.

The above comes from the AnimeOnDVD Release Schedule

BTW, online price will be in the order of $17 for the first DVD and $22.50 for the box-set.

If the Tessa OVA is going to be included, I'm guessing it's going to be 4 discs.

I know I torrented the TSR series and whatnot, so I've seen the episodes, but the dubbing on the 1st volume is fantastic. I've never heard dubbin so good. Hope they continue this level of goodness >:3

While I thought the Dubbing was Top Notch, it wasn't quite as good as FMP 1. Kalinin wavers between the FMP voice and I guess his real voice and for some reason ADV just loved to include echo's when a person is near metal (Sub or AS) and in some spots the echo's drained out the voice.

There is one noticable spot when Tessa is talking, she has the echo, then the next scene the echo is gone.

BTW : Am I imagining it or did they show front nudity on the twins on the TV version of Episode 2? I was watching that episode and went, I don't remember this.
