hi everybody

I'm new, my name's haegar, and I'm an addict.
Usually I'm only on TVseries, but now that I've found manga and anime... no, just kidding

Basically I'm totally new to everything managa/anime. So this seemd a good place to expand my take on things.

So far, I've read Claymore and also watched the anime, I've also looked into blood+, death note and moribito - of all these I liked claymore most, (although i liked parts of the drawing of moribito, the detailed backgrounds and fight scenes, didn't really get into the story though) - which is why I registered here since there seem to be alot of people hanging around that are into claymore.

any suggestions on what might be a nice thing to watch or read are welcome,
should have the kind of slow going well planned story buildup as claymore, and not as much "kitsch" as blood+ (ducks and runs)
generally anything in the direction of 1)vampire or 2)medieval/fight, however with some kind of dense backstory, in addition, claymore style women welcome
