I know I'm a tad late on these posts, but I'll recap in some of the post episodes as well.
Saito is man! He says it plainly. That answers quite a bit about his actions. I'm not exactly sure if he is silly enough to have truthfully thought he was allowed to kiss Heinrietta, but he definitely wanted to show his manly moves. I feel he is showing that "actions speak louder than words" Louise hardly recognizes him as a human, and she might even wish she could get away with it, but there isn't argueing about if he is human or not. She doesn't give him full recognition, so perhaps he is just going with the situation and slowly Louise is realizing that yea, HE IS A MAN! Gave this ep a 9, but it is better than all previous episodes. Good Stuff
