Well I think the most famous pieces are:

Bach
"Prelude" from his first cello suite
"Air"
"Jesus bleibet meine Freude"
"Gavotte in Rondo" (A violin solo in E, I think)

Pachelbel
Canon in D

Beethoven
Fourth Movement of his 9th Symphony (Ode to Joy?)

Handel
"Hallelujah" chorus from "Messiah"
"Worthy is the Lamb" also from "Messiah"

No idea what "melodie" could be though ... Sure its not one of them?

As far as I know there is a "Melodie (The Clock Song)" in Noir. Nothing in NGE soundtrack that have the word melodie in it.

Oh and the Fourth Movement is also know as the Ode to Joy.
